GARGUILO VINEYARDS 2003 PINOT GRIGIO (CA) 36.
A perfect wine for a hot summer night. The 2003 Pinot Grigio offers a synthesis of two worlds - the definition
of a wine from Fruili with the richness from the Napa Valley. A pale yellow-gold, it has complex aromatics
of a spiced apple or pear tart, lime zest and quince, which are complemented by its tropical fruit undertones.
On the palate, the flavors are fresh, full and vibrant.

PAVI WINES 2001 DOLCETTO (CA) 33.
This is a lush, medium to full-bodied wine, rich with bright raspberry and cherry aromas. The intense flavors
of blackberry and spice come together in a balanced wine that is a perfect compliment to both our meat
and pasta dishes.

GARGIULO VINEYARDS 2001 APRILE (CA) 45.
The second vintage of "Aprile" has a spicy perfume of cinnamon, anise and leather from the small barrel
aging. On the palate the aromas translate into a similar flavor profile that expand into a rich fruit
character that hints of currant, black cherry and raspberry which is supported by the ripe tannins. For
our interpretation of a "Super Tuscan" we have blended 5% Cabernet and 95% Sangiovese to craft
a wine with a deep ruby color, complexity and a long, broad finish.

CLAYTON VINEYARDS 2001 PETIT SYRAH (CA) 60.
Dark, purple and black color with jammy aromas and concentrated flavors. A robust, full-bodied wine that
is thick on the palate with layers of fruit and oak. With its firm tannins, this wine will benefit from 3 to
15 years of additional bottle age. We would recommend decanting this bottle one hour before serving.

HEDGES THREE VINEYARDS 2002 (WA) 33.
48% Cabernet, 49% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc
Deeply Colored, this wine is seamlessly integrated with concentrated aromas of black fruits, cassis and
clove with sweetly toasted oak, licorice, cola and plum. On the palate the flavors start softly and are
well balanced with firm acids and continue with a long, lingering finish.

BERESAN WINERY 2002 SYRAH (WA) 55.
This is a big yet soft red wine with blackberry, plum, floral, hints of spice and burnt sugar flavors.
This is a wine that has a silky feel, soft tannins and a long finish.

VINA ROBLES 2000 SYRAH (CA) 40.
Big bouquet of ripe cherries. Hints of roasted beans, walnuts and dark chocolate.

GOOSE RIDGE VINEYARDS 2001 CHARDONNAY (WA) 22.
Ripe pear and apple aromas are accented by a toasty note of vanilla and delicate layers of citrus and spice.
Rich and creamy, this is an elegant, complex wine in the Burgundian tradition.

GOOSE RIDGE VINEYARDS 2000 VIREO (WA) 45.
37% Cabernet, 32% Syrah, 31% Merlot
This rich, concentrated wine reflects the ripe fruit character of the vintage. Black cherry, licorice, cedar
and a hint of spice are wrapped around a core of black fruit. A supple texture and long, lingering finish
leave an elegant expression.

ROW ELEVEN 2002 PINOT NOIR (CA) 55.
For thirty years we studied the best vineyards, the best blocks in those vineyards, and searched for the
best rows in those blocks. Taste cherries, earth and fire. Taste Row Eleven.

LYNMAR QUAIL HILL VINEYARD 1999 RESERVE PINOT NOIR (CA) 85.
Sweet oak, cinnamon and clove spices fill the nose; Dark meaty fruit aromas mixed with the earthen
character that is so classic in the fruit from this reserve block. Extended aging in French oak has given
this wine the soft tannins that frame its silky texture.

DEERFIELD RANCH WINERY 2000 COHN VINEYARD PINOT NOIR (CA) 85.
The 35 year old Cohn Vineyard lies on a rocky ridge above the Russian River. The use of cluster and whole
berries gives this wine rich and toasty aromas with a gentle French oak finish.

CIVELLO 2003 PINOT GRIS (ORE) 36.
Located in the Rogue Valley in Southwestern Oregon, this vineyard's proximity to the ocean and 1,500
elevation make it well suited for Pinot Gris. A little bit of apple, a little bit of melon, Civello Pinot Gris
